already did that once I charge it it goes back to looping I can't they are both in bootloop mode how can I backup when they are in that mode

I just wotnessed the new indian crash symbol, but I got it via a notification so now both my x and my air 2 are in a bootloop, even if I manage to get to the lock screen once I enter my password to unlock it automatically restarts into a boot loop, I don't want to restore because I literally have no backups so if I restore I start from fresh meaning I will lose everything. Please help me
