No, unless you'd like to play offline. I can hack gold & gems etc, but you can only use it offline. Once you go online, it'll go back to normal.

The reason it crashes is because your device is either jailbroken or was jailbroken. I’ve tested this on iOS 11 & 12 and both work fine. iOS 9.3.3, not so much.
