Signing the .apk doesn't make a difference for me. I'd receive the same error I used ZipSigner.

What do you mean "sign in"?

I did

Open Cydia. Tap on "Installed". Locate "Cydia Substrate". Tap on "Modify". Tap on "Reinstall". That'll remove all your tweaks + then you can install new ones
