Maybe you switch to "Force Offline-Mode". Disabling that. Download first some song/albums before you can go to offline and listen to your downloaded songs.

Link Fix! Download again Re-check again your Preference Loader if its ok. Uninstall and Reinstall again the hack. Sorry this hack doesn't work on android devices. Only for Jailbroken iDevices. or I'll make a Tweak Version for this as soon as I get back home.
