I think the problem with PTC logins are with server sided, some PTCs are able to log in some won't. If you check sites that posts server statuses, they're showing that PTC log in is kinda unstable. How about Google log-in? Still can't log in new accounts?

i tried signing out and reinstalling still couldnt get pokestops and the pokemons run away. now im waiting for 2-3 hours, hope that method works.
