Which program would you recommend I use for decrypting it?

I've tried it on another game and it has worked fine. Right now I'm trying it with World of Warships Blitz and that's the error I'm getting World of Warships Blitz Edit: It also loads up the other assembly's fine, it's just CSharp

G'day Everyone. I'm new to this whole reverse engineering thing with unity games so I need some help with an error I keep getting. I try to open the CSharp.Dll file for this game I'm trying to access however I keep getting this error message. "Assembly-CSharp, File is not a portable executable. DOS header does not contain 'MZ' signature." I downloaded all of the programs that I need and followed a tutorial posted on iOS Gods and everything worked fine. Maybe it's just this game but any advice / help would be appreciated. Thanks!

G'day Everyone, I've been looking around for a safe installation of Adobe Premiere Pro CC but the links on iOS Gods just take me to a DNS error (i'm guessing the sites have been taken down) I went onto pirate bay and did the most seeded one and it just gives me a 30 day trial of it and the comment sections in the other ones tell me not to download them. G'day Everyone, I was just wondering if anyone know's how to get access to the core files of these. I looked at IDA but that isn't what i want, I was going to do it on iOS but i can do it using an APK and see if doing it the same way as a unity game would work. The game that uses this is World of Tanks Blitz and I'm a modder for the game but I wanted to make stuff that no one else can do. Any suggestions? All help is appreciated, Thanks!

I already have, wasn't worth ruining my iPad over

So recently I came across a problem with my iPad Air 2 iOS 8.4 where ads would randomly start playing on my device and would completely freeze it or turn it into a black screen. I would have to restart my iPad in order to get it to work again but then an Ad would play within a couple of minutes. Why is it that xModgames was doing this to my iPad? It got really annoying and i think it's fair to say that I am now sick of Uber's shitty ads. Will this get fixed soon?
