    I have recently repurchased the app due to my year running out. i received the email confirming my subscription is running and received the instal link. However, when I try to install it, it says my device isn’t registered to download the app. It is very frustrating as it has been 2-3 weeks. I’ve patiently waited because I thought it was just a small issue with the website. Anyways, what’s the problem I’m having? I went through the get my UDID portal and they match so I put the right one.

    Im having the same issue. I can log in here but not the app. I had to reinstall because nothing was downloading. If I clicked install, the screen would freeze.
