Actually I reopened the game and it seemed to have fixed itself, but free crafting doesn't work.

The update seem broken. When splitting item, it doesn't split into a new 20 stack. I didn't test anything else.

Reinstalling the game should fix it. If you do, make sure you have a backup or saved in Game Center.
