So thanks to DiDa and some help from other people I successfully installed jailbreak but, yet a again I have come across a problem, I tried to install some tweaks from Cydia and it wouldn't let it said I needed preference loader and Cydia substrate, I successfully installed substrates but cannot find preference load and do not know what it is. D:

I did then I rebooted after that to see if it would show.Did I need to turn passcode back on?
