So thanks to DiDa and some help from other people I successfully installed jailbreak but, yet a again I have come across a problem, I tried to install some tweaks from Cydia and it wouldn't let it said I needed preference loader and Cydia substrate, I successfully installed substrates but cannot find preference load and do not know what it is. D:

Thx bby can I delete that app with the circle tap thing?

I did then I rebooted after that to see if it would show.Did I need to turn passcode back on?

Edit - Did not realise my iPad auto corrected the title Cydia not Installing* sorry iOS - 9.3 Device - iPad Mini (Second Edition) Followed this tutorial got the pp app trusted waited for notification rebooted no Cydia... Any solutions?

Have you tried -Back Up -Restore Or this method. 1. Reboot (unless your phone already is) by holding down the top button until the "Slide to power off" message appears. 2. Slide to power off. 3. Power on by holding down the top button again. 4. As soon as the Apple icon appears, hold down the volume up button. Hold until phone has fully rebooted.

The jailbreak is not stable yet. It was only just released and still only 'tethered'.

Choose which ever option you want.
