Remember to not spend so much on stuff that isn't necessary. Obviously, the ideal graphics card would be a GeForce 970/980 considering that it's a lot cheaper than a Titan/ X and it performs way better for the price. But looking at the one you choose, it'll cost you about double the money. But better than paying $1000 for a Titan, so... Ram is also very important because the more you have, the more fluent the programs will run. So 8GB is a nice choice. Storage wise... Since you're on a budget, a 1TB HDD sounds like a good choice, but if you really wanna go all out, a 500MB SSD with a 2-3TB external HDD would be great Just depends where you put your money at Or put those extra $100 on a graphics card

8GB should always be the min amount of ram you get. Anything below and you won't get the performance that you want. I have an 8GB computer and a 4GB computer, the 8GB performs a lot smoother
