The creators choose their cheat to be VIP or not. Why? Because they don't want to ruin the fun for rest of everyone who plays it legit. Also, the apps might be hard to hack, plus they spend hours just to find what they can to create cheats for us. This is not easy task when they have their personal lives to do. You don't have to look into each folder. Filza file managers is best one and turn on file names in its settings

Apple ID to install apps or install with JB device, or cydia impactor for NJB. They don't need to be location spoof. For NJB, you would have to reset I think or switch Game Center. JB uses app manager.

Put the pictures in the documents. And save them to camera roll With filza file manager
