Help/Support Trouble installing apps

It is a on going issues. This happens with a few apps besides Kritika and Brave Frontier -
I am currently A VIP member with the APP+. I am trying to install Brave Frontier and when I press the install button it will Gray out the button as if it preparing to install the app. The loading indicator at the top right of the app continues to spin and no progression is made with the installation of the app. After a while the install button will turn blue again as if I never pressed the install button. This has happened with a few off the apps in the store. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. (I do not have a copy of the game or games on my phone)

When trying to install the app. The install button turns gray upon touching it and it stays in a loop and then the install button turns blue again as if I never touched it. Any suggestions would help. -
