My friend's iPhone 6S had suffered a drop a while ago and apart from having a long crack on the screen, she says that there are other problems, and this may regard software. She told me that whenever she unlocks the screen, there will be this loading wheel appearing. I may have assumed that it was the usual Apple-style loading wheel, but the following screenshots will tell you otherwise.
When I first asked about this here recently, I got a reply telling that the fall may have caused some internal damage and caused failure for the phone to process the transition from the lock screen to Springboard. But, when she sent me screenshots, the phone tells me a different story.
As seen in this screenshot, there are some files being downloaded in shown in the Notifications Center. I have no idea what those files are and what they could do to the phone. As far as I know, iOS won't show downloaded files as an Android would and the third one shows an APK being downloaded.
In this screenshot, we have the loading wheel I was talking about. It's definitely not Apple's, because I recognize an Android-style loading wheel and font anywhere. The status bar also turns white.
Could someone tell me what's the problem and how to fix it? I'm just afraid that this might be some sort of adware ore malware.
Thanks!
