  1. Can someone tell me the pros and cons of updating an iPad 2 to iOS 9.3.3? I wanna know how it performs and would you recommend updating?
  2. As far as I know, it's not even jailbroken. She might even have no idea what jailbreaking is.
  3. It's because i had no response when I updated the old thread. I never thought of that, I'll go ask. No, she hasn't tried restoring yet. I'll tell her to do that.
  4. My friend's iPhone 6S had suffered a drop a while ago and apart from having a long crack on the screen, she says that there are other problems, and this may regard software. She told me that whenever she unlocks the screen, there will be this loading wheel appearing. I may have assumed that it was the usual Apple-style loading wheel, but the following screenshots will tell you otherwise. When I first asked about this here recently, I got a reply telling that the fall may have caused some internal damage and caused failure for the phone to process the transition from the lock screen to Springboard. But, when she sent me screenshots, the phone tells me a different story. As seen in this screenshot, there are some files being downloaded in shown in the Notifications Center. I have no idea what those files are and what they could do to the phone. As far as I know, iOS won't show downloaded files as an Android would and the third one shows an APK being downloaded. In this screenshot, we have the loading wheel I was talking about. It's definitely not Apple's, because I recognize an Android-style loading wheel and font anywhere. The status bar also turns white. Could someone tell me what's the problem and how to fix it? I'm just afraid that this might be some sort of adware ore malware. Thanks!
  5. Situation update. My friend has sent me photos. The Springboard DOES load. But, in the notifications center, it shows that files are being downloaded. I don't know what these files are. And the loading wheel is NOT Apple's. It looks like an Android's loading wheel. And the status bar turns white. I just fear that this is caused by some sort of malware or Adware.
  6. Still, I don't have that much cash. I just finished school and I'm unemployed. Still looking for a job tho.

  8. I WISH I had that kind of money.
  9. iCleaner only frees up storage, not RAM. Hard restart? Done that always. I don't believe battery doctor works tho.
  10. I have a jailbroken iPad 2. Stated, it has a total of 512 MB of RAM, pretty low, I know. But, in my current situation the free RAM gets REALLY low. When it's in Springboard, I check my status bar with StatusModifier and it shows maximum free RAM is as high as 270 MB. When using some apps, it gets REALLY REALLY low. When I use Wattpad, it shows max free RAM 40 MB RAM. When I boot up Settings, Messenger, or Chrome as I'm typing this on, it shows me max 18-20 MB and as low as 8-9 MB. Not to mention games. I've tried MemoryBoost, CleanUpCrap in MobileTerminal... What's making my iPad so slow? And how do I get the RAM back up?
  11. Lookin to by a new phone.

  12. What if I took it to be repaired at a third party repair shop?
  13. Been a while since I was last here. So, my friend has an iPhone 6S and has its screen cracked due to fall damaged caused by her sister. Has just one long horizontal crack across the screen, and it still responds to touch. The problem is that it will show a loading wheel when the screen is unlocked, at the Springboard. At least that's what I think she said. I'll get her to send me a picture of it and I'll update it here later. Meanwhile, could you guys diagnose this problem cuz I don't really know what's going on. Thanks a lot!
  14. One-24.
  15. Who here works as a games tester? Gimmie some info?

  16. Sadly no. Either get a new device and jailbreak it, or lose the jailbreak.
  17. tsProtector would be your hide-Jailbreak thingy. Install it so the game won't find out if your iDevice is jailbroken or not.
  18. tsProtector bypasses your device from checking the system to see if the device is currently jailbroken. Install it, see whether jailbreaking is the problem or not.
  19. I think Firemonkeys may have patched the exploit in the last version. It was the last time I played that game.
  20. Do I have to flash with a stock firmware? I couldn't find the one with the same build number, could I use a custom firmware instead?
  21. Android noobie here. My dad just had me install a custom 4.4.2 version of android into his Note 2 Samsung. It was working quite well for a few weeks, until he plugged it into his MacBook with Kies. Now it's stuck in a boot loop, and now I'm trying to revive it by restoring it to factory settings, but I can't even access the Recovery Mode. I went to Download Mode so I can reinstall the custom firmware with Odin, but every time I did the result would always end up in a fail. Anyone could tell me why it's looping like that and why the methods I tried didn't work and how could I fix it?
  22. Green looks like a winner.
