You have to have the manager. The PDF gets stored in a path specific for it only. For other files, the download manager is needed. Go find it in Cydia, install it, follow the instructions to download a file, and tell me the outcome. If all else fails, I'll get shmoo to repost the link.

So I see that you're new to this... You just type a word anywhere. And then you hold on it long until a magnifying glass shows up our just tap twice on the word. And then a bubble of options show up, one of them would be 'Define'. That will show you a definition of the word. On the iPad, that definition bubble has a 'Manage' button, which is to manage the dictionaries your iPad had downloaded.

The thing is, that is not Chrome's dictionary. It's the iPads.

Okay, lemme get this straight. Read is when a file is read and it's effects shows up in an app and makes it run, right? Write is when that file content is changed, and it gets overwritten, correct? And Execute is when the overwritten file is taken to effect on the app, much like being read? (Someone correct me if I'm wrong, this is how I understand it.) So, the issue is with the game Real Racing 3. I manually pasted a game save I had stored in Dropbox via iFile, and the game ran smooth. But, when I reopened the game, it shows me the update preview screen and daily reward I received all over and over again. I tried buying a new car, and exited the app and closed it from multitasking, and reopened the app, and the car was rendered as un-bought, and the same reward and update screen shows up again. I think this has to do with the file permissions. Most of the game files' permissions I checked were set to Read, and Write, but not Execute. And the whole Documenst folder was set to Read and Execute. Does this effect the game somehow? Any help received will be VERY appreciated.

You have less files because you don't put vinyls on your car. Just rename the Real Racing 3 Game Save Folder to Documents, then it should be fine. I DID mention this in the disclaimer, did I?

Well, ther res files overloading might be the problem then. It weird tho: an A5 chip with 512 MB of RAM. How is this possible? I do know how you can change the money values by yourself, I'll show it in a tutorial. But you need iFile to make it easier. I'll let you know if I have it posted, but I don't know how to make you understand the instructions (because I no longer have the game due to this issue: https://iosgods.com/topic/21869-anti-jailbreak-measure-removal/) The Interpol liveries were MY design, and I made them myself. If you were able to get to the car personalization menu, you'll see in the vinyls section that I had almost reached the layer limit. Long story short, they're custom.

Well, like I said, there are still some events locked and have yet to be won. So are the cars, some of the high-end cars and NASCAR cars are still locked. And about the lag, I think the performance depends on your device. I ran it on an iPad 2, and gameplay was smooth. CRAZY smooth, with high-end graphics. P.S., The suspension notice screen? That's not normal. Install Memory Boost from Cydia and see if it works.
