Edit: still not working, reinstalled the game from the App Store and re downloaded and re installed your .deb file, launched the game and no Sign in for Mod Menu coming up tested on ios 10.3.3

Go to cydia and download "cacheclearer" then go to "settings" storage and clear Pubg Cache. Once youve done this, go back to "apps manager" find Pubg and click "wipe" again. This should fix your problem my friend
