Go to cydia and download "cacheclearer" then go to "settings" storage and clear Pubg Cache. Once youve done this, go back to "apps manager" find Pubg and click "wipe" again. This should fix your problem my friend

Yes, use a different Apple ID to sign the Pubg app with cydia impactor
