Ahh, yes! It's just visual. The only important hack (Guidelines) isn't even working. If you turn it on and take a shot it just freaking pots all the balls and gives your opponent a turn. Most of the hacks are broken and the other ones don't work.

Check if your Card is Valid (Name, Expiration Date Etc.), make sure to give them the proper information. It's also possible that you're account doesn't have sufficient funds. If you're Andriod is rooted, I'm pretty sure there are ways to get Android Apps for free so you don't have to pay for them. Just search around with Google and your Brain. What? Where have you Heard that dude? PS4 has better Grapphics and Speed. I'll give you a recent example; a study done by EuroGamers' Digital Foundry on the recently released BETA for A game called Star Wars BattleFront, the Resolution tests were [PS4=900P and XBox=720P] which already is a huge difference! More over PS4 generates 1.4Million Pixels where XBOX generates 920K Pixels. Coming to the Sales point of view PS4 Has Sold 10Mil Units in just a quarter which is so much more than XBox selling 5Million Units in total! That's a huge difference again if you are going to play Server Based Games; the player base is huge in online PS games aswell. So there's that!

PS4 is now 50$ less, it's the same as XBox now $350 I think. But recently I've seen deals go for $300 with 3-4 Exclusives.
