No. The last SBGameHacker was for 7.x.x And the developers stopped updating it because it took too much time & resources so they stuck to android. Unfortunately, they are hard to find on a repo because they are in either Madarin or Cantonese (Chinese). And they most certainly won't work on iOS 8 & 9
