I got an IPA link from one of the member previously but it got stuck at verifying app when side loading. I check from the pages you mentioned and found another link on page 93 which is a different one, i think and I'm downloading it now. Hopefully this one doesn't get stuck at verifying

Actually I have it on and it doesn't imposed any problem. If the app specific password and turning the 2 factor authentication off doesn't helps.. I don't know anymore mate

And have you tried installing by making an app specific password and using that password while installing with cydia impactor?

Try turning off 2 factor authentication if it's on and give it another shot.
