u can still get it, just when ur at home dont wear it but when ur not home u wear the piercing, dont get caught

if u want cheats u either download a program which edits saves file calls SGedit but the save file only for rvdata1 doesnt edit beyond 2 or u use CheatEngine (most value is your count like for instance u have 100 gold, u multuply 100 x 2 plus 1)
