it is not jailbreak. should i download the latest ipsw for ipad 2 like 9.2 ?

as you can see guys, the problem i have is that the ipad wont start. its just keeps on looping between apple logo and the slightly backlit black screen. it can be detected thru itunes but it cant be restored even tho it was detected in recovery mode. i have an updated itunes . downloaded 8.1 and 8.4 ipsw. and still i got is error 3169 and 31. this happen after i sign out the icloud email to be replaced by my new email. but while typing it just turn off and began the looping problem. will you help me guys. or do you have known any softeare like iphone restore that is cracked already so idont need to purchase. ive been in 3 days on this state. please help me guys. i tried the peocedure of exiting dfu mode thru combinations if home and sleep/wake buttons. thanks in advanxe for the replies. cheers Merry Christmas
