So here is the situation, I'm trying to install a deb file, I have downloaded all types of file programs but non seem to work (for me) ifile, filza ifunbox. I have a issue, when I use ifunbox I click on the cydia app install and it tells me I'm not jailbroken, even tho I am.. May anyone help me?

Like 2-3 years ago I had an app which stored videos offline to a playlist all you had to do was run the app, find a video play it once and it was offline. any help please, no jailbreak as I cannot jailbreak my phone and I don't want to.
