It's a tweak built in the App Store and it's easy to use. add this repo: repo.hackyouriphone.org and search LinkStore for iOS 8 if you are running iOS 8.x Download and respring and go to any paid app in the App Store and there will be a button that says "Get With LINKSTORE" And from there it will show you different links to download the app for free

Go to Cydia and search for Cydia substrate, than tap modify on the top right, then tap downgrade, and choose the previous version. I recommend choosing 0.9.6101. Then it will downgrade and then re spring and it should be working fine.

Press and hold the home button and power button until you're device resets, then after it goes black the apple logo will pop up, and when it does let go of the power button and home button and hold the volume up button for a good minute or two, be patient this will put you in safe mode
