how many gbs is your iPad? the iPad 2 was the worst iPad ever created (many people's opinions, including mine) i think it has 500 MB ram, it's a pretty old device, 3d games get that iPad working hard, you have a lot of red flags man, it might just be the iPad being old. I really don't know what to recommend, other than trying to get a tweak that helps kill any background activity to free up some ram

Like diversity asked, where did you get that from? I think you read it wrong cause that's not true. But anyway when you jailbreak some of your devices most important files are moved/modified etc. and when you erase all settings and content, I believe you also delete those important files
