cydia impactor will erase your data, but will stay on the same iOS so you can just jailbreak again good luck! Make sure you backup any data you wish to keep dida, did you just get this recently? or has it been a while?

you should have gotten a message that said that your account is being review because of suspicious activity. You're banned from multiplayer cause you're hacked, try using a gameloft unbanner tool
