Bump before bed. This was previously marked answered, however I have asked a new question. Thanks again for the help.

I was afraid you'd say that. Perhaps I'm not SOL yet. I had previously jail broken my x64 device on 9.3.3. Due to a bad update pushed on Cyrus, I ended up having to restore. When I try and restore my phone to 9.3.3 it automatically updates to 10.2. Is there any way to revert my phone to its factory settings or even restore to my 9.3.3 version of IOS without automatically updating to 10.2. Thanks for the quick responses folks.
