    Sometimes games take a little while for menu to show up. Happens to me in some games. I used App+ non jailbreak. Sometimes menus show up instant. Some within 20 seconds . Be patient with it.

    Was happening to me the past two days. But @Rook is correct. It will stay as status waiting in your home screen but will be downloading in the background. Just be patient as I’ve tried both wifi and mobile data. It downloads eventually.
