Yes if you don't count stars producing them. But no not really, everything has a cause or a source, gasses and elements come from stars, plants, factories, etc.

Because an Apple isn't an Element. It's something made up of a butt load of smaller things, while gasses like oxygen or argon are purely elements by themselves and don't require a bunch of things mashed together. If that makes sense

Positive. It said unfit and I tried it anyways. The bot touches too far in and not quite out far enough.

Try downloading from a different source or try a different time. Usually it's just a glitch and it gets fixed rather quickly.

I can do some snooping around in the game folders when I get home, but I would imagine the actual coding and update files are embedded within other pre existing files. Why would you want to not let the game download it for you?

Even with cheat engine, it won't change because their servers store the money. So modifying it, will only be visual.

You can get winterboard themes that make it look like ios 7, but you can not put ios 7 on your device

It's because it's 3G. It shouldn't be super fast, only really useful for browsing the Internet not downloading tbh
