Can Confirm this is false. I've tried on 3 separate computers, (two that have never before had this problem) and all 3 return the same error message.

yeah, I have everything unlocked and such, and I have like 5 quintillion medallions and this and that but with the megahack that came out for 3.9.2, you could upgrade your towers in game for free and have both paths maxed out and everything but thank you for telling me ((:

Ah. Well normally if I just click re jailbreak or whatever the thing says, I can't remember, right away it just reboots my phone and I finally just get to the pop up that says "please lock your device" and just let it sit there for 5 seconds or so. That 80% of the time fixes it for me, so maybe it'll get yours back on track (: good luck!

That happens to me all the time, I have to do it a few times. It works for me if I turn off do not disturb, click jailbreak, then wait on the screen that says "please lock your device" or whatever, for about 5 seconds, then proceed. Hope it works brother! (:
