This is a NetMarble game, they have numerous security protections in the game. They all can be disabled, it's just very hard to do. They could be located anywhere in the apk, it could be located in smali, or the lib, wherever. I personally don't know how to disable it, but if you can figure it out, good luck to ya.

This exact method won't work with an IPA, as it doesn't have an Assembly-CSharp, I have no idea how to go about editing an IPA, that's a question for an iOS cheater.

I'm afraid there is no way to do that unless you previously logged in with Facebook and/or Google Play on another account and backed it up. Simply restoring a "localprofile.bin" file won't do anything.
