It's develop by cydia, I think they test it before posting it at cydia store, and it's paid version tweak bro. ppl are paying for it, apple limited it because they want healthy range to connect wifi. which actually not poosible all the time, That's bigboss develop this tweak.

It''s developers fault who made this tweak with name wiFi Booster, lol. for some ppl it's nothing, for some ppl like me it's a good tweak cuz it provide utility, Make our iPhone comparatively strong hotspots searcher than other phones, that's enough for me
