I've been trying to download sdks file from https://sdks.website and I couldn't because the website refused to open in my iPad i tried with safari /puffin /firefox/chrome and the sdks from github it's always show me errors any one have a direct link to download sdk 9.3 ^__^ ?

Am trying to make a patcher using theos and I stack on make package when its start checking the files show me many errors I fixed most but now am stack on this on #import <Preferences/Preferences.h>file not found and when I delete it it's changed to another error its xxxpslistcontroler not found you mean uiviewcontroler any ideas?
