"Don't Steal Mac OS X.kext, sometimes referred to as DSMOS or DSMOSX, is a file present in Intel-capable versions of the Mac OS X operating system which enforces a form of Digital Rights Management, preventing Mac OS X being installed on stock PCs. There you have the problem already I think, this is a modified usharedtools, which the original devs probably have protection against.

Do you have uashared tools installed? I mean, does cydia say you do? If yes, delete it & reinstall it from the repo instead of biteyourapple repo.
