You need to get sleep minimum 6 hours, use a sleep app to track, if you can’t then try to meditate, basic meditation gives sleep like benefits . It is said that
1 hour of meditation = 3 hours of sleep , if you start eventually you’ll be able to build momentum for an hour.
Just close your eyes, focus your eyes looking up at the centre of the eyebrows and listen to this music - Peaceful music
