I would suggest a rootFS restore then update via iTunes or OTA. Then Jailbreak with CheckRa1n. It supports iOS 12.3 to 13.2.2 currently.

With the release of the amazing CheckRa1n Jailbreak, I'm sure most of you are wondering what works and what doesn't, is it worth to upgrade, etc. In this topic I would like to state that most of the Tweaks made by our members are currently confirmed working on iOS 13.x.x Jailbroken with CheckRa1n. This includes some .debs that would not work/crash on Electra/Chimera. So you can go ahead and update or Jailbreak and enjoy your newly Jailbroken iOS device on the latest signed iOS version! If for some reason a tweak does not work, then the author will update it ASAP to make it compatible with the new Jailbreak. Hello, A week ago we had an issue with the iOSGods App+ where the revocation fix took over 24 hours. What happened was that we were waiting on our suppliers to supply us with the necessary components that are required for the iOSGods App+ to function, and they were waiting on Apple which in turn made the App+ unavailable for a few days and there was not much we could do but wait for our supplier. This only affected some of the iOSGods App+ users and not all. Issues are present almost everywhere, and they can happen out of nowhere, but we handled this issue poorly and did not give out a proper update or estimate until the issue was fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and to those of you that were affected, we have automatically extended your iOSGods App+ subscription by an extra month.
