Which device are you using? According to the message, the app is for 32-bit devices only.

We cannot add as many cheats and possible on No Jailbreak because they cannot be enabled/disabled compared to the Jailbroken version. While some may like "one hit kill" always being on, others may not. Then there's also the concern that having such a feature always on is risky. Regarding adding as many as possible on Jailbreak, that's doable, but again it's up to the author(s) and the popularity. Maintaining and updating a high feature cheat is also tiring.

Where did you install iTunes from?

This seems like a connection error. Make sure you have the web version of iTunes installed and try a different USB (port).
