It’s likely an issue with how you’re sideloading and not because of the decrypted App Store. Keep in mind that for Game Center support, you need a paid Apple ID or iOSGods App+.

Hello, The normal iOSGods App is currently signed. So it should be working until it gets revoked. iOSGods App+ is also working with less revokes. Both support latest version of iOS!
