Hi there! If you are always installing the game from App+, you can simply overwrite without having to uninstall and reinstall. It's easier and also helps keeping your save if it's not being synced.

One Plus devices are usually cheap and good. Alternatively, the Samsung Galaxy A series are also decent! I think Xiaomi's are even cheaper.
