AppCake installs .deb files, this is .zip. You will need to extract the zip and install the .deb using iFile.

No. The SDK needs to go to /var/sdks/ Extract it using iFile.

Delete the theos folder using iFile should do. Also remove the tweaks that are associated with it and install the ones from that video tutorial.
