Make a list of all the server sided games? Usually, if an app requires constant internet connection in order to play it, that means it's server sided but some small features may be hacked like Clash of Clans features etc.

Lags?? You can't do anything to boost it's performance. I do suggest you play on Safe Mode with all Jailbreaks stuff disabled for maybe a faster gameplay.
