Are you able to use your PC to download and then transfer the file over to device?

Can you uninstall iFile and use Filza? Give Filza a try and see if you're able to find/install it.

Hey, The files you download can be found in either /var/mobile or /var/mobile/Documents or /var/mobile/Downloads Have you checked these locations?
