Check to see if you're compiling in your current working directory. I just tested it on iOS and it does make the "obj" folder with the "make" command. You can also try the "make package" command. If you still don't get it, you might need to reinstall theos on your Mac? Oh, and try a "make messages=yes" command.

I have this also, kinda, but as long as you don't get any issues with the iPhone you should be good. Also, don't use your iPhone when it's Charging. That will heat it up even more.

New Game with new Game Center account? Just create a new apple id then and login to Game Center from Settings.

Actually, you'll know you're banned when you can't open the game. Getting Industrial Age before it's out also causes issues with your account. And I removed the hidden content because there is not thanks button here. Link to the two topics in Tutorials on how to get unbanned on the first post also.
