I'm pretty sure I've seen some websites which can give you followers/likes on Instagram for free but never really bookmarked them since I don't really use Instagram that much but if I ever do bump into them again, I'll PM them to you. Haven't heard of the iGG No Attack but that sounds like it would work perfectly with Speed Manager and the "You've been away for too long" error might go away.

Yeah, YouTube does this a lot. DailyMotion doesn't care what you upload and rarely removes videos but they're UI sucks IMO.
