Are you on iOS 7? You don't create a SymLink inside the Data folder. You create it in /var/mobile/

Yeah, happens a lot! Here's the fix: Uninstall iGG 7 or any Cracks from Cydia and reboot. Then install the iGG 7.deb via iFile or Filza and open the Pangu app so you can Rebuild App list and then give it a final reboot. It should appear after doing this
