You won't be able to hack a Gameloft game without any IDA, gdb or lldb knowledge though. Unless you hack it via Charles or something else.

Of course. Most games are protected but some do a nice job at protecting them *cough*supercell*cough* some don't.

Same way as any other games except they Gameloft gives them a little extra security.
