They're banning system is probably automatic. Contact them and tell them you spent money on IAP. Use AppCake if you're confused.

I PM'ed you your username and email so you can use those.

That's because you registered via Facebook on that account. (Explains the profile picture also) Your username is the same as your facebook name and your email is outlook.com. I'll PM you the details.

Let me know once you have gotten that account back so I can merge this into that.

Hello, You can use your email to reset your password on that account. I have removed the profile picture meanwhile. You will also need to decide on which account you want to use so we can merge them into one.

I don't think you can do this without any cables? I know a Cydia tweak called DisplayOut but I've never tried it for myself.
