Why didn't you say that before?? Do you have any Spotify tweaks or sound tweaks? Your installed Tweaks are causing this issue. I'd suggest uninstalling them one by one and finding what's causing this. Or even better, give your phone a semi-restore.

Wait until your phome crashes to see what caused it.

The assistantd process crashed? Did your iPhone respring when that happened?

Wait for a crash and CrashReporter should log it

There's too many to determine the one which causes the crash. Can you install CrashReporter from Cydia?

Install MobileTerminal and: First, cd into a folder of your choice: cd /var/mobile/Documents/ Then run this command to export your list of tweaks & apps: dpkg --get-selections > mytweakslist.txt Copy paste the list here.

What list of tweaks do you have installed? I'm pretty sure one may be conflicting with another.

You gotta be more specific. What crashed? What do you do when it crashes? Does it respring into Safe Mode? Are you Jailbroken? iOS version?
