You're going to have to use iFile and extract the SDK on your iDevice. Extracting it on Windows can cause errors with the sdk. From what I see, the CFNetwork.h file is supposed to be in /iPhoneOS7.0.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/CFNetwork.framework/

Did you extract the SDK on your "sdks" folder using iFile?

Check C:\Users\USER\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Mobile Applications\ and see if you have the older version of the Application. If there's nothing there, then use iPhoneCake.com and find an older cracked version of the app.

Random. Replace X with the app you are trying to get unbanned on.

Install UDIfaker (don't know if it supports iOS 7), open it and change the UDID for the app you want. Tsprotector will prompt you if you want X app to write/edit files..

There is no universal unban tool that gets you unbanned from any game. Each game has a different banning system. Some can be bypassed via UDIDFaker and some need your MAC address changed. You can also use TsProtector for Ban protection before it happened.
