Can you re-download from the first post everything, place the binary in the correct place overwriting the original one and set permissions to "Read,Write,Execute" on all three. Also, Ownership: Mobile Mobile

If the game works without the hack or the binary?

It works on iOS 8.3 so it should work on iOS 8.4 @@xmodgames will give you a better answer though.
