You could have simply ran uicache in terminal then rebooted. And youre not aloowed to have two accounts..

What did you install?

Run 'uicache' command in Terminal. If you don't know how, install EasySpring from Cydia and then you should have the option to clear cache.

If you can or know how, go ahead. But you can't play multiplayer..
