You can't update to iOS 8.2 because Apple is not signing that firmware anymore. You will be forced to go to the latest version which is currently iOS 8.4 and there's a Jailbreak available. If you want to save your packages, do what iLethal said:

A friend had this issue also. The solution was to uninstall xCon from Cydia.

Yeah buddy, it still works. The hack works but that doesn't mean it will work on every game as stated on the topic. To use the cheat, turn it on in Settings and then open an app which uses TapJoy and watch a video. Usually all you need to do is open the game. @ Might be able to help out more.

Do you have any tweaks installed which affect it? Tey booting into Safe Mode.

Do you have OpenSSH or Apple File Conduit "2" installed?
